摘要
采用相转移催化法制备了阳离子改性瓜尔胶,研究了反应过程中氢氧化钠、醚化剂、相转移催化剂用量以及反应温度、反应时间和搅拌速度对产品取代度的影响。结果表明取反应条件:n(氢氧化钠)/n(瓜尔胶)为0.22、n(醚化剂)/n(瓜尔胶)为0.166、n(相转移催化剂)/n(瓜尔胶)为0.15,反应温度40~60℃,反应时间控制在2~4h之间,适中的搅拌速率,制得的阳离子改性瓜尔胶水溶性好,黏度高。
Cationic guar was synthesized by use of hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride phase transfer catalyst,and the factors affecting the reaction were assessed in this short paper,including the dosage of alkali,phase transfer catalyst,temperature and time of reaction along with the mixing speed. Based on the experimental results the optimal reaction conditions were proposed:the molar ratio of NaOH,Etherification agent,hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride to guar was 0.22,0.166,and 0.15 respectively. The reaction should be performed in the range of 40~60 ℃ for 2~4 h with moderate mixing speed. As the result,the performance of the cation guar such as viscosity and aqueous solubility were better than those of guar flour.
