摘要
焦化废水是一种高有机浓度、高氨氮含量的废水。研究用鸟粪石结晶沉淀法对苏州某钢铁厂焦化废水进行前处理。控制反应pH值为9.0,n(Mg2+)∶n(NH4+)∶n(PO43-)为1.25∶1∶1.1,反应时间15min,氨氮去除率可达到98%以上;同时,对COD去除率达到33.8%。生成的MgNH4PO4具有混凝吸附作用,可去除一部分难降解有机物和对微生物生长有抑制作用的有毒有害物质,改善废水的可生化性。
Carbonize wastewater is one kind of wastewater with high organic and NH3-N concentration.Introducing struvite precipitation to the pretreatment of Zhang Jiagang steel plant was reported in this article.Controlling the pH at 9.0 and the n(Mg2+)∶n(NH4+)∶n(PO43-)at 1.25∶1∶1.1 in 15 min,the removal efficiency of NH3-N in the wastewater could remain over 98%,and the removal of COD remained 33.8%.The formed MgNH4PO4 could adsorb some irremovable and restraining poison contaminations so that the biological capability of the wastewater was considerably improved.
