摘要
目的建立醋酸地塞米松霜半成品中醋酸地塞米松含量紫外分光光度测定的方法。方法利用醋酸地塞米松的乙醇溶液在240nm波长处有最大吸收,确立醋酸地塞米松对照品的回归方程,然后在相同条件下随机测定半成品中不同取样点的醋酸地塞米松含量。结果对照品醋酸地塞米松浓度在10.0～18.0ug/ml范围内吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=0.0365C-0.017,r=0.9997;平均回收率为97.5%;RSD为0.56%。结论紫外分光光度法灵敏,快速,准确,适用于醋酸地塞米松霜半成品中醋酸地塞米松的含量测定。
Objective To find ultraviolet spectrophotometry for dexamethasone acetonide content in the half finished product of cream dexamethasone acetonide .Methods According to that the alcohol solution of dexamethasone acetonide can absorb mostly at the wavelength of 240nm , after the regression equation had been set up for dexamethasone acetonide as the comparable medicine , the dexamethasone acetonide content in the half finished product at the different sample points were measured at random on the same condition .Results When the density of dexamethasone acetonide was within the range of 10.0～18.0 ug/ml ,the absorbance and the density had good linear relation , the regression equation was A=0.0365C- 0.017, r=0.9997;the average recovering rate was 97.5%; RSD was 0.56% .Conclusion The ultraviolet spectrophotometry was sensitive , rapid and accurate , it could orient measuring dexamethasone acetonide content in cream dexamethasone acetonide .
