摘要
目的探讨腹膜后多发性神经纤维瘤术后致短肠综合征的原因和治疗。方法总结我院2004年收治的一例多发性神经纤维瘤术后并发短肠综合征的治疗经过。结果患者经手术切除腹膜后多发性神经纤维瘤,术后一周再次手术行缺血坏死小肠切除,仅剩余近段空肠约50cm左右,术后经抗炎、营养支持等综合治疗,病情逐渐稳定。结论腹膜后多发性神经纤维瘤术后并发小肠广泛坏死是肠系膜血管病变基础上多因素共同作用的结果。
Objective To explore the reason and treatment of short bowel syndrome after retroperitoneal multiple neurofibromatosis operation. Methods The treatment of short bowel syndrome after retroperitoneal multiple neurofibromatosis operation was analyzed retrospectively in 2004(a case).Results The patient was reoperated in a week after retroperitoneal multiple neurofibromatosis resection to excise those necrotic small intestine.Only about 50cm of the proximal jejunum was preserved. Combined treatment such as antibiotics and total parenteral nutrition,et al,was given.Now the patient is safe. Conclusions The result of extensive small intestine necrosis after retroperitoneal multiple neurofibromatosis was caused by more than one reason basing on the primary mesenteric vessels diseases.
