摘要
目的探讨以桂枝茯苓丸为主治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法本组104例患者随机分为2组,分别采用桂枝茯苓汤加减治疗和口服复方丹参片治疗。结果改善临床症状总有效率为79.8%,较对照组(46.2%)差异有高度显著性(P<0.001)。汤剂治疗后心绞痛发作频率和含服硝酸甘油片剂均明显降低(P<0.05～0.001)。本药随治疗时间延长、效果稳定上升,与同期复方丹参片对照差异有显著性(P<0.01～0.001)。本药观察2个疗程,近期疗效可靠,心电图(ECG)改善率为45.2%,与复方丹参片(30.8%)比差异有显著性(P<0.01%)。结论本方能改善胸闷、心悸、气短、头痛、头晕等症状,对血糖、肝肾功能、血脂等无影响,改汤剂治疗急症冠心病心绞痛效果可靠。
s Objective To discuss the curative effect of the GuiZhi Fuling pill in healing the coronary heart disease,Angina. Method 104 cases have been divided equally into 2 groups. For treatment, one of the groups uses Guizhi Fulingsoup while the other, for purposes of comparison, takes a Danshen tablet orally. Results The clinical syndrome is im-proved in 79.8% of the cases in the team using Guizhi Fuling soup, while the team shows an improvement in only 46.2%of the cases(P<0.001).The frequency at which Angina occurs after both treatments are reduced (P<0.05～0.001).The effectof the treatment improves as the length of the treatment increases and the difference with the Danshen tablet changes toP<0.01～0.001.Observations of the Guizhi Fuling soup show that the short- term curative effects is perfect. The ECG rateimprovse to 45.2% while that of the Danshen tablet is 30.8%. The difference is obvious, P<0.001.Conclusions Thistreatment can improve chest distress, palpitation, shortness of breath, headache and dizziness. It has no effect on bloodsugar, liver and kidney functions and blood fat. Using this soup to treat the acute coronary heart disease, Angina, is safe.
