摘要
目的探讨亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者左旋甲状腺素的临床应用。方法把50例亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者(B组)与48名匹配健康者(A组)进行统计分析,治疗组服用左旋甲状腺素片。结果经治疗后,这些患者的血浆脂蛋白(a)水平由治疗前的(252.1±79.4)mg/L下降至治疗后的(187.4±76.3)mg/L(P<0.05)。结论在甲减状态下,血浆脂蛋白可以异常升高,而左旋甲状腺素变化与血浆脂蛋白水平变化呈负相关。
Objective To study the effects of levothyroxine on lipoprotein in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism(SH).Methods 50 patients with SH and 48 health men were performed statistical investigation, and the therapy group administrated levothyroxine. Results After treatment, plasma lipoprotein(a) (Lpa) level was decreased from(252.1～79.4)mg/Lto (187.4～76.3)mg/L(P<0.05) in such patients. Conclusions In the condition of SH, Lpa can be keep abnormal high level, however, the alteration of levothyroxine and Lpa is negative correlation.
