摘要
制约新疆地区残疾儿童随班就读发展的一大瓶颈因素是师资的培养.基于我区地理环境、语言环境、经济条件、培训基地等条件的制约,内地随班就读师资培训的基本模式在我区开展存在着许多困难.因此,笔者提出了网络教育是新疆随班就读师资培训现实的选择的设想.
The bottleneck of the development of the IEDC (Integrated Education for Disabled Children) is lack of qualified teachers who have been trained how to Teach the Disabled Children.It is very difficult for us to copy the IEDC teacher training mode practised in the inland of China due to many constraints such as the geographical settings,language environment,economic conditions,training centers etc.in Xinjiang,Therefore,the author of this paper maintains that the network instruction could be the realistic choice for teacher training program of IEDC in Xinjiang.
