摘要
随着全球化进程的加快,传统意义上的钢铁和煤矿等重工业地区的整合范围已从欧美等发达国家扩大到发展中国家,如中国。现在中国的老工业区面临着工业衰退及重组的问题。鲁尔区的经历对于其他的老工业地区来说是个很好的范例,也可以为中国的老工业区面临的禁锢提供一些想法和警示。
As the process of Globalization accelerates, its old industrial areas, the scales of regions traditionally specialized in heavy industries such as coal and steel, and they will also be enlarged from European's developed countries to developing countries such as China. Now some old industrial areas in China face industrial decline and need to be restructured. The experiences of the Ruhrgebiet are a useful learning de- vice for other old industrial areas. The case of the Ruhrgebiet may offer some ideas and warn for industrial areas in China.
