摘要
分析了公文流转系统的基本技术及其原理,提出了一个用PHP脚本语言结合Mysql数据库构建B／S模式的公文流转系统的解决方案．通过该方案建立了一个通用的公文流转系统,可应用解决企业、行政事业单位的基本公文事务处理．
The authors analyse the basic technology and the principle of official document circulation system and propose a solution scheme to the construction of official document circulation system by PHP script and Mysql data base. Through the scheme, a universal official document circulation system is constructed, which can be used to deal with the basic document affairs of enterprises and administrative units.
