摘要
在信息化社会高速发展的背景下,地方师范院校应当以学生能力的形成和发展,尤其是专业的学习能力、教学实践能力、学生自我不断完善、不断发展的能力为教育的核心内容,并以学生能力的形成和发展为目标,系统、科学地设计出自己的人才培养模式.
Within the context of a fast developing information society,regional universities are forced to reform their traditional knowledge-based educational mode toward one that aims to develop student abilities.The foremost abilities such a mode needs to develop include the fundamental ability to learn in the profession,the ability to teach the subjects concerned,and the ability for life-long self-development in the profession.Designing such a mode is a systematic project where each component can best contribute to the goal of the mode.
