摘要
通过对一校三区境域下高校学生工作的理论探讨,提出为增强一校三区高校学生工作的针对性、实效性必须转换教育观念,营造良好的育人环境,探索教育管理的新模式,解决学生的实际问题,进而实现高校学生工作传统性与创新性的有机结合。
By discussing the theory about working on student issues in higher education under the condition of one university three campuses,we argue that in order to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the work,we must change the educational concept,create the sound education condition,research the new model of educational administration,solve students' practical problems and then efficiently integrate the tradition of working on student issues with innovation in higher education.
