摘要
在积极推进素质教育改革和教育创新的今天,教师的信念对我们的外语课堂决策有着深刻的影响。教师是带着自己的信念—那种对学生,学习和教育根深蒂固的看法走进课堂进行教学的,那么如何来“发展”教师的信念,以提高教师的外语教学行为?建构主义给我们的深刻启示就是教师要进行行动研究,开展反思教学,将隐含在教学行为中的信念外显,从而形成清晰的自我意识和进行适当的自我调整,促进课堂教学决策科学化和合理化,促进自身的专业发展。
we are living in such an epoch which calls for educational reforms and creative thinking in educational professions that more moor teaching professionals realize that teachers' beliefs have exerted profound influence upon the teaching and learning processes. Such beliefs unnoticed permeate into the foreign language classroom. Effective foreign language teaching decision-making, especially China's college English teaching decision-making necessitate making teachers' beliefs explicit through action research. With the author's empirical study, this paper presents how important it is that teachers become reflective practitioner in order to establish professional competence.
