如何使高校合并后不同背景的院系文化完美地融合,成为一个需要我们积极思考的问题。该文从构筑独具特色的校园文化入手,阐述了思想政治教育、高校与社会的接触,兴建公寓文化以促校园文化整合,提升团学文化促校园文化整合,完善校园网和校园刊物,引领学生亚文化向校园主流文化靠拢,对建立独特的新兴综合性大学文化的重要性。
It is a very interesting problem how to integrate different source of culture after colleges and universities merged. In the paper, the writer gives his opinion by discussing such items as boarding house culture building, encouraging team activity culture, intranet and campus improvement.$$$$
