摘要
目的:研究偏头痛1号对大鼠血浆神经降压素(Neurotensin,NT)、心钠素(atrialnatriuretic polypeptide,ANP)和脑组织中5-羟色胺(5-hydroxtryptamine,5-HT)含量的影响。方法:采用Csillik造模法造成实验性偏头痛大鼠模型,给予偏头痛1号灌胃6d后,采用放免法(radioimmanoassay,RIA)测定大鼠血浆中NT、ANP的含量,采用荧光光度法测定脑组织中5-HT的含量。结果:与空白组相比,模型组大鼠的NT和5-HT的含量显著下降(P<0.01), ANP的含量显著升高(P<0.01)。与模型组相比,偏头痛1号低剂量组大鼠血浆NT和5-HT的含量明显升高(P<0.05),ANP含量明显下降(P<0.05);高剂量组大鼠NT和5-HT含量非常明显升高(P<0.01),ANP含量非常明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:偏头痛1号可通过有效调节NT、ANP和5-HT的含量来达到治疗偏头痛的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Piantoutong-1 on level of NT, ANP in blood plasma and 5-HT in the brain tissue in the rat models of migraine. Method: The rats were induced by Csillik's method, then the contents of plasma NT and ANP were measured by the way of radioactive immunoreaction and central 5-HT by fluorescence photometer. Results: The contents of NT and 5-HT in model group were lower than blank group significantly (P<0.01), the content of ANP was increased (P<0.01); The contents of NT and 5-HT in lower dosage group of Piantoutong-1 were increased and the content of ANP were decreased compared to model group (P<0.05). The content of NT and 5-HT in higher dosage group of Piantoutong-1 was increased (p<0.01) and the content of ANP was decreased evidently (p<0.01) compared to model group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The remedial Piantoutong-1 can treat migraine with its functions of adjusting the contents of NT, ANP and 5-HT.
