激光墨粉的悬浮共聚合法制备 被引量:1

Preparation of Laser Toner by Suspension Co-polymerization Method

摘要 采用悬浮聚合法制备了激光墨粉,采用单体配比n(苯乙烯):n(丙烯酸丁酯)=6:1、聚合温度90℃的聚合反应条件所制备的墨粉粒径基本在10μm左右,墨粉整体呈规则的球形,墨粉的软化点、熔融点、流动点分别为60℃、62.5℃、70℃。 Laser toner have been prepared by suspension co-polymerization method. The result show that the toner powders with regular ball shape of 10μm diameter were obtained when the ratio of St/BA is 6,and the polymerization time is 90℃. The softening temperature is 60℃,62.5℃of melting temperature,and 70℃of fluidization temperature respectively.
