聚谷氨酸高吸水树脂的合成工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 以二甘醇缩水甘油醚及不同相对分子质量的聚乙二醇(PEG)缩水甘油醚作为交联剂制备聚谷氨酸吸水树脂,研究了合成过程中的聚谷氨酸浓度、交联剂用量、反应pH值、反应时间等对产物吸水率的影响。结果表明:在聚谷氨酸质量分数为18%,缩水甘油醚的用量为聚谷氨酸单体摩尔量的8%,pH4.8,60℃反应40h左右可得到最大吸水率的高吸水树脂,用PEG-1000缩水甘油醚为交联剂合成的吸水树脂的吸水率最高,吸水率最大可为2200g·g-1。 γ-PGA hydrogel has been prepared from γ-PGA and diethylene glycol diglycidyl ether and so on. The conditions of the reaction,such as PGA concentration,cross agent dose,pH,temperature,time were studied. The optimal conditions are as follow:γ-PGA hydrogel which was synthesized by the reaction of γ-PGA and polyethylene glycol(average mol weight is 1 000, PEG-1000) diglycidyl ether can absorb 2 200 times their dry weight of water,88 times their dry weight of 0.9%NaCl. The reaction has been carried out at 60 ℃,pH 4.8 for 40 h.
