摘要
通过对不同合成时间下合成出的金刚石各项性能指标的检测,讨论合成时间对粉末冶金铁基触媒合成金刚石效果的影响。试验发现,随着合成时间的延长,金刚石的各项性能指标均有不同程度的提高,而且,平均单产、粒度分布和晶体形态还出现了一种V型的变化趋势。
The influence of synthetic time on synthesizing diamond with the same iron-based catalysts is discussed in this paper on the basis of the test of diamond synthesized with different synthetic time.The results of the test indicate that the properties of the synthesized diamond have been promoted in various degrees with increasing synthetic time.At the same time,the average output,grain size distribution and crystal shape show a new V shape trend.
