摘要
《鹖冠子.世兵》篇有些句子和贾谊《鵩鸟赋》相同,柳宗元就认为是抄袭《鵩鸟赋》,并而断定《鹖冠子》是伪书。本文从文体研究、编纂者的思想背景、撰写手法三方面来论证《世兵》篇与《鵩鸟赋》都引用先秦秦汉的典籍,不能证明《世兵》篇抄袭《鵩鸟赋》。相反,两者所反映的思想却有共同的时代背景,且思想重点不同。另外,《世兵》篇前部分记载曹沫一事,与后部分内容无涉。本文考证曹沫一事,推论本篇写成于战国末期与汉初之间。
