摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对中国高水平游泳运动员竞技能力结构优化及其训练学进行了分析和解释,研究结果表明:(1)我国高水平游泳运动员竞技能力结构优选出9项形态指标、8项机能指标、9项专项素质指标、7项专项技术指标、6项心理指标;(2)高水平游泳运动员竞技能力结构指标权重表对高水平游泳运动员竞技能力结构的优化提供了理论依据;(3)高水平游泳运动员主要表现为体型匀称、呈"倒三角型",有比较全面的身体素质和较高的机能水平,具备良好的专项技术和良好的心理素质。
