摘要
阐述了近三十年来广西教师教育政策从"师范教育政策"到"教师教育政策"的转变历程,指出了广西教师教育政策的现实困境,提出了完善广西教师教育政策的基本方略。认为教师教育政策是教师教育改革与发展的航标。
The paper discusses the transformation from normal education policies to teacher education policies that Guangxi has witnessed in the past three decades,points out the practical prolems that Guangxi's teacher education policies are confronted with,and puts forward some basic strategies to improve Guangxi's teacher education policies. The author holds that policies on teacher education are an important benchmark for the reform and development of teacher education.
