摘要 CD4+Th细胞激活后会分化为生物学功能不同的不同谱系辅助T细胞。Th17细胞是新近被鉴定出的一种效应Th细胞,它在各种感染性疾病和自身免疫性性疾病中发挥重要作用。近年来,人们对Th17细胞的分化机制有了突飞猛进的认识。本文对Th17细胞独特的基因编码以及在细胞因子水平和转录水平的调控的最新研究成果作一综述和展望。 CD4+ T cells will differentiate into different lineages of helper T (Th) cells with different functions after activation. Th17 cells have recently been identified as a new lineage of effector Th cells,which have been proven to play a key role in infectious diseases,as well as in autoimmune diseases.
