我国就业模式的演变被引量：1

摘要我国经济发展中出现了两种就业模式,一是计划经济体制下的传统就业模式,这种模式旨在实现全民就业,但是它在内在经济规律的作用下演化成了一种不断产生失业的机制,二是经济转型期的转型期就业模式,它是计划经济和市场经济相结合的产物,由于存在众多不完善,导致这种就业模式不能很好的缓解我国当前的就业压力,所以在了解他们的局限性之后,我们应该建立第三种就业模式,即积极就业模式,它不仅包括完善健全的制度,而且这些制度在内在经济规律的作用下,会扩大我国的就业规模,优化就业结构。
