摘要美国前总统布什上台伊始,踌躇满志地开始推行美国教育体制改革。两届任满,实践证明教改效果不理想,出现了体制改革功效不明显、政府财政资金拔付不到位等诸多问题,引发了美国民众对于改革的质疑和不满。布什卸任,奥巴马接掌总统,美国教改之路何去何从值得深思。
