摘要 目的观察绿色荧光蛋白(green fluorescent protein,GFP)转基因鼠来源的胚胎神经上皮干细胞体外增殖和分化的情况。方法将来源于孕11dGFP转基因鼠的胚胎神经上皮干细胞与普通大鼠神经上皮干细胞进行体外培养,比较二者克隆增殖、分化的状况。结果GFP转基因鼠胚胎神经上皮干细胞可在体外进行克隆增殖,并能分化为神经元和神经胶质细胞,与普通鼠神经上皮干细胞比较没有差异。结论GFP转基因鼠的胚胎神经上皮干细胞可在体外克隆及分化,并能稳定地表达绿色荧光蛋白。 Objective To observe the proliferation and differentiation of neruroepithelial stem cells derived from GFP trans-genetic mice.Methods Neuroepithelial stem cells were isolated from E11d embryos and then amplified by single cell clone and differentiated in serum media.Differentiated cells were identified by immunocytochemistry.Control cells were obtained from non-trans-genetic Wistar rats.Results The neruroepithelial stem cells obtained from the GFP trans-genetic mice were amplified through single clone and d...
