摘要
研究采用问卷调查的方式,对高职院校267名学生的学习动机进行测量,结果表明:(1)高职院校学生学习动机内容由高到低依次为:物质追求、求知进取、社会取向、个人成就、小群体取向和害怕失败;(2)高职院校学生学习动机存在问题由高到低依次是动机太强、动机太弱、学习兴趣困扰和学习目标困扰;(3)男生的小群体取向和动机太弱问题显著高于女生;(4)一年级学生物质追求和小群体取向显著高于二年级学生。
