摘要
目的探讨被动吸烟对雄性大鼠生长发育水平的影响。方法通过体重变化、肝脏/体重、生长激素(GH)和雌二醇(E2)的水平观察被动吸烟对大鼠生长发育的影响。结果高剂量被动吸烟组肝脏/体重的比值与其他两组比较存在差异(P<0.05),而低剂量被动吸烟组与正常组差异不明显(P>0.05)。高剂量被动吸烟组E2与正常组比较差异显著(P<0.05),低剂量被动吸烟组与正常组差异不明显(P>0.05)。GH、体重在三组之间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结论高剂量被动吸烟可导致雄性大鼠肝脏/体重、E2的改变。
