摘要
本文从车牌半成品的生产工艺流程入手,以车牌半成品生产线贴膜部分的张力控制系统为原型,在此基础上进行了放卷张力的数学建模,设计一种基于內?刂频?PID参数整定薄膜恒张力控制系统,并进行了仿真,具有收敛、无稳态误差以及动态性能好的特点。
The thesis starts with production technological process of Semi-finished License Plate,and patch part of the tension control system for the prototype,designing a internal model control-based PID Regulating Parameters system apply in constant tension control. We also carry on the simulation to the corresponding control models. The simulation is of convergence, no steady-state error and good dynamic performance characteristics.
