摘要
立足于中国成人教育事业 5 0年的历史 ,特别是改革开放 2 0年中国成人高等教育的辉煌成就 ,适应 2 1世纪经济、社会发展的客观要求 ,提出 :“巩固”、“改革”、“发展”是 2 1世纪中国成人高等教育的必然选择和面临的重大课题 ,也是适应新世纪、新形势 ,成人高等教育发展的必由之路。“巩固”是前提 ,“改革”是动力 ,“发展”是根本。“巩固”是为了“发展”,“改革”也是为了“发展”,“发展”
Based on the 50 year development of China's adult education, especially the latest 20 year achievement of adult higher education, to satisfy the objective demand of economic and social development in 21 st century, 'consolidation, reform and development' are regarded as not only the inevitable choice and the significant issue faced us in the new century's adult higher education, but also the only road to take in order to keep pace with the new century and the new situation. Consolidation is for the sake of development, so is reform; the way out lies in development.
