摘要 目的 探讨高性能战斗机飞行员的听力标准。方法 由“高性能战斗机飞行员听力档案”中调出年龄<40岁、双耳A型曲线、无噪声性听阈改变、无眩晕的137例飞行员的资料进行统计分析。结果 以气导听力图在500Hz,1000Hz,2000Hz,3000 Hz的平均听阈表示,结果为双耳平均听阈的正常值为20dB HL。结论 纯音测试以500Hz,1000Hz,2000Hz,3000 Hz的平均听阈表示,高性能战斗机飞行员改装体检时,推荐的听力标准为双耳平均听阈≤20~25dBHL,且咽鼓管功能正常和声反射衰减阴性。年度体检推荐的标准为一耳平均听阈≤20~25dBHL,另一耳平均听阈≤25~30dB HL,且咽鼓管功能正常和声反射衰减阴性,有经验的飞行员一耳平均听阈超过上述标准5dB HL者个别评定。 Objective To study the hearing standard for pilot of high performance aircraft. Methods 137 data from hearing files, which were established for pilots who were under physical examination for modification to equipment of high performance aircraft, were analysed. All pilots were younger than 40 years old, with normal function of eustachian, no hearing threshold change by noise - induced and no vertigo. Results Based on the mean of air conduction hearing threshold of 500, 1000, 2000, 3000 Hz on audiogram, the normal value of binaural means was 20dBHL. Conclusion When pilot is under physical examination for modification to equipment of high performance aircraft, the hearing standard of recommendation is binaural means of air conduction hearing threshold of 500, 1000, 2000, 3000Hz on audiogram≤20-25dB HL, normal function of eustachian tube and negative in the acoustic reflex decay test. When pilot of high performance aircraft is under annual physical examination, the hearing standard of recommendation is mean of one ear≤20-25dBHL, another ear≤25-30dB HL, normal function of eustachian tube and negative in the acoustic reflex decay test; The experienced pilot is specially evaluated if mean of one ear surpasses SdBHL of the hearing standard of recommendation.
