摘要
本文通过分析企业机制创新的各项主要内容,特别着重分析了技术创新和制度创新,阐明了这些创新活动对企业发展的至关重要的作用,并通过海尔集团的具体实例,认为:企业要想在激烈的竞争中求得生存与发展,就必须"与时俱进",不断创新,培养和提升自己的核心竞争力。
This article pays special interest to technological and institutional innovation, and through analyzing the main contents of innovation, throws light on the very importance of these innovative activities to the development of firms. The conclusion is drawn on the basis of the real example of Haier Group that to survive and develop in the intense competition,firms must improve with the times,make continuous innovation,cultivate and elevate its own core competence.
