The paper describes the effects to human resources in Nanjing after China entering the WTO: the loss of human resources, the unbalance of supply and demand of human resources, the competition between joint venture enterprises and state - owned enterprises; the improvement of human resources market in Nanjing. We also discuss some strategies.
