摘要 采用喷射成形快速凝固技术 ,实验制备的超高碳钢材料具有均匀的等轴晶粒组织 ,高温塑性极佳 ,在较大的温度范围 (790~ 95 0℃ )和应变速率范围 (2 .5× 10 -4~ 1s-1) The spray formed UHCS(ultra-high carbon steel)-1.8C-1.6Al has finer uniaxed grains owing to its faster cool-speed.For this study,UHCS-1.6Al material was produced by spray forming process and superplasticity was obtained in a temperature range from 790 ℃ to 950 ℃ and in a strain-rate range from 2.5×10 -4 s -1 to 1 s -1.
