摘要
目的探讨听神经瘤患者脑干听觉诱发电位的异常表现及诊断价值。方法对确诊的30例听神经瘤患者作常规脑干听觉诱发电位检查。结果正常1例,异常29例(96.7%),肿瘤侧表现为主波缺失、潜伏期(PL)及峰间期(IPL)延长,非肿瘤侧以IPL(Ⅲ～Ⅴ)/(Ⅰ～Ⅲ)>1为主要表现。结论脑干听觉诱发电位对听神经瘤具有高度敏感性,对听神经瘤的诊断具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the abnormal changes of BAEP and diagostic value in patients with acoustic neuroma.Method The routine BAEP was tested in 30 patients with acoustic neuroma and the results were analysed by t-test.Result The abnormality rate of BAEP was 96.7%(normal:1,abnormal:29).Abnormal changes showed main waves loss and the prolongation of the PL,IPL on the tumor side.On the side without tumor,main change was IPL(Ⅲ～Ⅴ)/(Ⅰ～Ⅲ) >1.Conclusion BAEP might be very sensitive,and be of great significance in the diagnosis of the acoustic neuroma.
