摘要
霸权的政策和行径自古有之。在经济全球化过程中 ,霸权主义又呈现了新的特点 ,表现为内容的全面性、所谓的理论性、手段的多样性、利益的整体性、以及形式的欺骗性和结果的危害性。同时 ,经济全球化又对霸权主义形成了有利的制约。
The policy and the conduct of hegemony engendered a long time ago. Now hegemonism presents some new characteristics in the process of economic globalization. These new characteristics are the comprehensive content of hegemonism, the theorization of hegemonism's basis, the diverse means of hegemonism, the whole interests of hegemonism, the cheating forms of hegemonism and the harmful result of hegemonism. At the same time the process of globalization has powerfully restrained the pursuing of hegemonism. [
