摘要
就业问题与个人和社会息息相关 ,一方面就业问题与劳动者直接相关 ,每增加一个或减少一个就业百分点 ,都会牵涉到许多具体个人的切身利益 ,另一方面 ,就业问题又是一个重大的社会问题。人类社会的存在是以劳动为基础的 ,劳动力是社会最宝贵的资源之一 ,大量的失业不仅意味着人力资源的极大浪费 ,而且极有可能引发其他严重的社会问题 ,从而对人类社会造成危害。正因为如此 ,就业问题在经济学、社会学、人口学等科研中一直占有非常重要的地位。目前 ,我国的就业问题十分严峻 ,应加大力度 ,进行分析、预测和解决。
This thesis mainly focuses on the condition of labor and employment in China today .The fundamental view is that there is a closed relationship between the employment issue and our society . On the one hand , the employment issue is directly relevant to the employee . Many people will experience immediate impacts , when the ratio of employment increases or reduces by one percent . On the other hand , the employment issue is an important social project . In one sense , the existence of human society depends on the various kinds of labor . The labor force , therefore , is one of the most precious resources .The great number of unemployed and laid-off people not only means the serious waste of human resources , but also will trigger other fierce social problems . As a result , it will harm our society . For those reasons , I think it is high time to face the problem of employment . [
