摘要
近年来,台商对大陆的投资掀起了新的热潮,此次投资热潮在区位、规模、行业及方式上均呈现出一些前所未有的新特征。台商对大陆的投资带来“双赢”之效,但对某些行业的国际竞争力也会形成不利冲击。
In recent years there has been a new surge of Taiwan Residents investment in the mainland, which has presented several new traits in the respects of location, size, industry and mode. The investment brings profitable effect to both sides, in the meanwhile, it also forms negative effect to some enterprises in international competition.
