摘要
工程量清单计价模式有利于规范建筑市场竞争行为 ,但在该模式下业主面临潜在风险。业主应从工程量清单编制质量、招标文件编制、评标办法的改进、造价信息库建设和加强现场与合同管理等方面采取措施 ,进行风险防范。
The valuation mode of project list is favorable for standardizing the behavior of constructional market competiotion, but under such mode, proprietor faces potential risk. Proprietors should take such measures as improving the quality of working out the project list, documents for inviting tenders and evaluation methods, the establishment of information bank and strengthening the management of worksite and contracts etc to be on guard against risks.
