摘要
由贝利、戈登、阿扎里迪斯创立的隐性合约理论,通过对完全信息下的隐性合约理论和不对称信息下的隐性合约理论的探讨,较好地解释了导致实际工资刚性的原因以及由实际工资刚性所引发的失业现象。
Hidden contract theory, formed by Baily, Gordon etc., probing into the hidden contract theory under full information and the hidden contract theory of unsymmetrical information, clearly expounds the indomitable causes of practical salary and the unemployment phenomenon resulting from the above-mentioned circumstances.
