摘要
端正学生的入党动机,是做好发展党员工作的重中之重,它关系到新发展党员的质量,关系到党员队伍的纯洁性。保证党员的质量,既要重视对他们入党前的培养教育,把好“入口关”,又要加强对他们入党后的培养教育,树立起全程教育的理念,使学生党员真正做到从思想上入党。
Positive adjustment of the motive of joining the Communist Party is one of the most important tasks in the cultivation of party members, which is relative to the quality of new-cultivated party members and the holiness of the Party. To ensure the quality of party members, we should put emphasis on the education before their joining the Party to ensure high quality and reinforce the education after their joining the Party as well to build up the concept of full-course education and make the students Party members join the Party in ideology.
