摘要
双语教学是全面推进素质教育的要求,是历史发展的必然。本文从双语教学的课程设置与开课时机、教材选择与编写原则、教学形式与组织实施、任课教师素质要求等方面对双语教学的思想认识、实践环节以及模糊观念等问题进行了讨论与研究,对双语教学提出了较为系统的实施方案。
Bilingual teaching is what the overall promotion of quality-oriented education requires and an inevitable outcome of the historical development. This paper discusses and studies the ideological understanding, practice and confused ideas about bilingual teaching from the aspects of curriculum and the opportunity of giving a course, selection of teaching materials and compiling principles, the teaching form and implementation, and teachers' quality. A systematic scheme for implementation of bilingual teaching is proposed.
