摘要
运用定性与定量、综合与比较相结合的分析方法,对重庆市农村剩余劳动力转移的动力机制进行推论,测算出重庆市现有农村剩余劳动力的总量,在分析重庆市农村剩余劳动力转移流向与趋势的基础上,提出解决农村剩余劳动力转移的就业政策与建议。
Using the qualitative and quantitative method,and the synthetic and comparative analysis,this essay deduces the dynamic mechanism,gauges the total quantity,and analyses the tendency and the flow direction of rural surplus labor transfer in Chongqing.Based on that,this paper presents the employment policy and proposal to deal with this phenomenon.
