摘要
西部欠发达地区公路建设项目资金问题是制约公路建设和发展的关键问题。西部欠发达地区公路建设项目在财务上主要存在资金筹措和运用问题 ,对此 ,可从调整评价指标。
In the undeveloped western areas, the key obstacle restricting highway construction is its funds. Many problems occur in fund raising and utilization, which are to be solved by adjustment of appraisement index, supporting policies and develop risk awareness.
