摘要
从获得资助的总体情况、学科分布、项目负责人的年龄与职称、学历分布等方面,对1993～2002年大连理工大学获得国家自然科学基金面上项目进行了调查与统计,在与全国情况进行比较分析的基础上,找出了大连理工大学开展基础研究和应用基础研究的优势以及存在的问题,提出了进一步改进科研管理的对策。
The authors carried out an investigation and the related statistical analyses on the funded projects of NSFC(National Science Foundation of China) during the period of 1993～2002 in Dalian University of Technology(DUT) from the overall condition of the funded projects, disciplines distribution, the age and the title of the persons in charge of the funded projects as well as their record of formal schooling. In comparison with other departments' conditions of our country, they find out the superiority and the existing problems in DUT's basic research and applied basic research, and put forward the countermeasures for further improving the scientific research administration.
