摘要
文化生产力是综合文化因素在企业生产中的影响和应用而产生的效力;企业核心竞争力是以企业文化为本源,以优势技术为核心,通过管理整合而形成的具有独特性、无形性和不可模仿性的企业市场竞争能力。文化生产力渗透到企业核心竞争力的关键因素中,决定企业核心竞争力的状况。要通过发展文化产业、利用宣传和政策导向、提高企业家素质、加强管理的文化化、加速技术创新、开展技术性咨询和服务、开展职工培训等宏观或微观对策,提高企业的文化生产力,从而提升企业的核心竞争力。
Cultural productivity is effectiveness produced by influence and using of comprehensive cultural factors in enterprises' production. Core competence of the corporation is a unique and invisible market competitive power formed through management and combination. It can't be imitated, and it regards corporate culture as the origin, advantage technology as the core. Cultural productivity permeates through the key factor of core competence of the corporation, which determines the state of core competence of the corporation. We should improve the cultural productivity of enterprises through macroscopic or microscopic countermeasures, including developing the cultural industry, utilizing propaganda and policy guidance, improving entrepreneurs' quality, strengthening the culture of business administration, accelerating technological innovation, launching technical consultation and service, vocational training for the staff, etc. so as to promote core competence of the corporation.
