摘要
随着我国市场经济体制的建立和完善,博物馆的经营也不可避免地卷入市场经济浪潮之中。以国家投资、博物馆进行藏品保护与展示、相对封闭运作为主要特征的我国博物馆传统经营理念已不适应新的形势的要求,必须进行全面的转变和创新,进行开放式经营、最大限度地发挥其教育功能、与区域经济社会相协调。文章根据现代博物馆的性质、功能和社会对博物馆的多种需要,从可持续发展的理念、市场营销的理念、竞争的理念、以人为本的理念等方面,对现代博物馆的经营理念创新进行了研究。并对在此新的经营理念的指导下,博物馆与此相适应的经营对策进行了探讨。
With the establishment and perfection of market economy system, the management of museum in our country is involved in the waves of market economy inevitably. The traditional management idea of museum has not catered to the needs of new situation. The main characteristic of traditional management idea is protecting and displaying museum collection and closed operation. So in the new circumstances, the management idea of museum must be changed and innovated to make museum to play education function and coordinate with regional economy. In this thesis, the authors study the innovation of management idea in modern museum based on sustainable development idea, marketing concept, competition idea and sticking to people-first approach according to the quality, functions and needs of society to modern museum. The authors also study the management way catering to the needs of new idea.
