摘要
文章分析了构成持续成长力的基本要素,以及这些要素对持续成长的重要性,提出了关于企业成长的重要问题:也就是如何专注企业和顾客价值的提高。只有如此,才能有真正的"获利"的成长。并提出,以企业和顾客价值提升和价值创造为目标,采用归核化战略,即剥离非核心业务,回归核心业务,是企业获得持续成长力的有效路径选择。
The paper analyzes the fundamental elements of sustaining revenue growth power, and their importance to the enterprises' growth. It points out a very important problem, that is, how to focus on the enhancement of the enterprises' and customers' value. Only in this way can lucrative growth be achieved. The authors also suggest that the enterprises should aim at the creation of the enterprises' value, and carry out refocusing strategy, divest non-core business, reinforce core business. Refocusing strategy is a good way to achieve sustaining revenue growth power.
