摘要
以重庆某建筑企业为个案,通过对建筑企业目前绩效管理状况以及员工对绩效管理的认识和理念的调研,分析了建筑企业绩效管理过程中存在的问题,并提出相应对策和建议。
Regarding one construction enterprise in Chongqing as the case,by investigating and researching into the current situation of the performance managing of the construction enterprises and the staff's understanding and idea of performance management,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the performance management of construction enterprises.And then,the authors propose some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
