摘要
设计了一种焊接用触觉传感器 ,该传感器通过摆动将焊缝位置采集出来 ,通过计算机进行信号分析来判断焊枪是否偏离焊缝 ,以便及时纠正焊枪位置 ,保证焊接质量。
This paper designs a tactile sensor in welding.It can collect the welding seam by oscillation,conclude whether the welding probe departure the welding seam by analysis,and correct the welding probe location in time and obtain the high property in welding.
