摘要
目的:研究腹腔镜手术中出血的防治措施。方法:回顾分析300例腹腔镜手术中出血的原因。结果:本组平均出血量约18ml,无因出血而中转开腹,无术中、术后输血。结论:正确认识腹腔镜手术与开腹手术的不同,重视术前检查与准备,良好的基础技能训练,仔细的操作,合理使用各种手术器械和提高手术技巧是减少出血的关键。
Objective: To study the prevention and treatment of hemorrhage in laparoscopic operation. Methods: The reasons of hemorrhage of 300 patients with laparoscope were retrospectively analysed.Results:The average bleeding was 18ml. No patients required conversion to open laparotomy. There was no blood transfusion in operation or after operation. Conclusion: It is important to know the difference between laparoscopy and laparotomy. The careful examination and preparation, good medical-skill train, rational use of all kinds of instruments are keys to decrease bleeding.
