腹膜透析液缓冲碱生理性和生物相容性的研究现状

摘要   机体在代谢过程中产生的酸性产物被体内的各种缓冲系统所中和,其中以碳酸氢盐的作用最为重要;机体为了维持其缓冲能力,需要通过再生来补充已消耗的碳酸氢盐,正常情况下碳酸氢盐的再生是由肾脏完成的.行连续不卧床腹膜透析(CAPD)的终末期肾功能衰竭患者,机体缓冲能力的维持、缓冲盐的再生来源于进入腹腔的腹膜透析液.1961年Been 首先应用碳酸氢盐作为腹膜透析液的缓冲盐,但由于在高压热消毒过程中溶液变为碱性并形成碳酸钙沉淀,故临床难以应用.   ……
